FREE MARKETING PILOT / OCTOBER 11, 2026

Your brand.
Your work. Your control.

Using the pilot

The marketing studio is a free pilot using editable templates. Proposed monthly prices are for feedback. There is no active checkout, paid subscription, automatic social posting, premium AI generation, ad buying, or managed-service order in this pilot. Review every output for accuracy and suitability before publishing. Marketing results are not guaranteed.

Device drafts and sign-in

The studio stores your draft campaign details and resized photos in browser storage on the device you use. Anyone using that browser profile may be able to access those drafts. Device storage can be cleared or blocked by the browser, so use workspace backups for important work. Sign-in uses the existing ChatGPT sign-in service; RoofNurture does not collect a password.

When you choose Save privately, the site stores your business details, campaign documents, review statuses, and planned dates under your account identifier. Campaign photos are uploaded to private object storage. The site receives account identity headers from the sign-in service. Uploaded files and campaign records are restricted to the signed-in owner by the application’s server routes.

Campaign requests and deliveries

The customer dashboard stores submitted briefs, account contact email, selected private photo references, status changes, delivery targets, uploaded deliverables, revision notes, and approvals. Submitting a request makes its brief and selected photos available to the configured RoofNurture operator. Updates appear in the dashboard; they do not send an email. A request is not a payment or a confirmed service order. You can cancel an unaccepted request or ask the operator to cancel accepted work. One consolidated revision round is included in the request pilot.

Delivered files are privately downloadable by the customer and the operator. Files already downloaded remain with their recipients. The request pilot supports two open requests and 30 stored requests per account, with up to four reference photos per brief. Delivery files are limited to 20 MB each, 12 files and 100 MB per request. Request history and files remain stored until removed following a contact request. Reference photos used by stored requests cannot be removed independently; contact us to remove the associated request and files. Cancelling a request does not remove its history or cancel a paid subscription.

Your photos and content

Only use photos and claims you own or are authorized to use. Photos are resized to JPEG at up to 1,024 pixels per side before upload. The pilot supports up to 20 campaigns per workspace and an existing 350 MB private image quota per account. Browser storage has separate limits. The free marketing generator does not send your campaign to a premium AI provider.

Removing work

Remove a campaign from the device draft, then save privately to update the cloud copy. Brand details includes removal of the entire saved cloud marketing workspace and a separate device-draft reset. Cloud-workspace removal does not remove uploaded photos, downloaded files, legacy project records, or device drafts. Use the private image library to remove unused cloud photos. Photos referenced by a saved campaign or legacy project must first be removed from those saved records.

Signing out does not clear browser drafts. Use the device reset or your browser’s site-data controls on shared devices. Downloaded files and backups remain wherever you saved them. Contact tcaquarterback05@gmail.com for questions about your stored work.

Exports, links, and publication

PNG and SVG downloads are creative assets. The flyer uses a letter-page ratio and should be checked for print quality. Video clips use browser recording to produce a simple six-second WebM file with no audio; formats accepted by a social network may differ and conversion may be needed. HTML exports are static landing pages with a link to your business website. You arrange their hosting and any additional forms or privacy notices.

Campaign tracking parameters are added to website links. They do not create an analytics integration or record conversions in RoofNurture. Calendar exports create manual publishing reminders. A supplied social-profile link is a reference only; it provides no authorization to read or publish to that account. The studio does not post content automatically.

Pilot limits

Availability, formats, quotas, and future packages may change. Keep portable backups of important work. Any paid service, advertising budget, customer-site hosting, premium generation, or connected publishing will need a separately defined scope before activation. These pilot terms cover the marketing workspace; legacy home-planning pilot details remain available for that separate tool.
